Odor Outfitters does not control what happens when a package is shipped but will give refunds to melted or broken items.
Because the ingredients are clearly listed, Odor Outfitters is not responsible if an allergic reaction occurs.
Shipping policy
Odor Outfitters uses USPS shipping for all of our products.
The approximate handling time is 15-30 minutes to ensure that your package is in pristine condition.
Orders shipped past 5:00 pm will be held until the next business day (approx. 9:00 am).
Refund policy
All sales are final unless the ordered product arrives in melted or broken conditions, then a refund will be given via email.
